I am glad that I have had the opportunity to teach and share ideas with you in the LTR.  Our room is changing again to the gotomeeting platform.  I hope that you will find this interactive room fast and friendly.  You must visit the pipmavens website before the beginning of each meeting to get the access code.  I will post it anywhere from 1/2hr to 2 hrs before the meeting.  So make sure to check.  No pass code no enter.

I will announce here on this site when the switch over is complete.  Until then we will use hearme.

Now I would like to talk a little about the class.  We have been working on different methods of trading and have talked allot about the basics of trading, but I still get the sense that many of you have not conquered the basics  yet.  So, I am setting up a step by step process to that you can follow to enter into a trade.  I will email it to each one of you when it is done.  Then we will have training on each step.  When the training for entering a trade is complete, we will learn the process of how to manage a trade and will cover each step.  After we gain this understanding we will start live trading.  We will only enter into one or two trades at a time so that you can monitor them easily.

I have been wanting to do this for a while but felt that many in the class still do not have a firm understanding of trading technicals and discipline.   When we do live trading, I will invite individuals to come into the room and show me a live trade that they are preparing to take.  We will learn together and either have a successful trade together or die together.  Its OK to die sometimes,  no more than 40% though.

I will take the most experience traders first to help in this process and work with me on entering a trade, then we will bring others up to speed and they can participate in this process.  It is very important that you attend class as much as possible to participate.  These sessions will be recorded, but you cant ask a question to a recording.

I want all of us to be successful traders, and to show you that I am committed to live or die with you in these trades, I am opening a separate account to trade with you and will only take the trades that we take as a class in this account.  If your account grows, mine does.  If your account looses, mine looses.  I think that sounds fare.  We will exercise discipline in our trading and money management.  I believe that one to two trades at a time will fit the bill to build members accounts.

I am broadcasting this message to all non members and pipmaven members as well as LTR.  If you have hesitated joining LTR because of the cost or not sure if it was for you, this should ease your fears.  We will work together to give you the knowledge to be not a good trader but a great trader.  You can not learn this stuff unless it is hands on in the moment.  And that is what we intend to do.

This will be fun and exiting.  The road to success lies before us.  Lets take the first step together.  Talk to you Monday morning.
