Wednesday, December 23 Update

Hello everyone,

GMT 05:30 – The market is at 1.4250 and there has been little price action so far today.

I don’t expect any drastic market moves these couple of days as the liquidity dries up and everyone stops trading during the Chrismas holiday.

Nonetheless, I will keep an eye out for any potential trade setups during this period. I love trading and don’t mind spending a little time keeping an eye out for new trade opportunities (how my lady feels about it is an entirely different matter!)

Tuesday, December 22 Update

Posted by: Chris | Comments (2)

Hello everyone,

There was no action in the Asian session today. The market has stalled at the 1.4260 area and this may be the start of the retacement we’ve been looking for.

In light of the extremely thin trading volume this week (the big players are mostly out of the market), please be careful when looking to trade.

Hello everyone,

The market has fallen 800+ pips in 14 days with no retracement – those with existing paper losses will soon be closing their losing trades, and those with paper gains will soon be closing their winning trades.

The market very rarely moves in one direction without a retracement, and I think a large pullback is imminent.

We have done reasonably well so far considering we were trading right through the greatest Financial Crisis in history. As the global economy stabalizes, we can look towards enjoying more stable returns and less risky trades.
